About the Château

Designed to be an opulent home in the 19th century, Château de Riolas was built by one of France’s first rubber barons. After changing ownership over the years, it is again a private residence surrounded by its park, centenary chestnut, oak, plane trees, and meadows. The château is situated in the hamlet of Riolas, 50 minutes south of Toulouse, where residents can enjoy beautiful views of the Pyrenees.

Our oasis is a refuge from urban life, where fresh air is in abundance and you have the luxury of setting time at your own pace.

A unique place in a magical location, the Château de Riolas is sheltered by a beautiful park and gardens overlooking stunning views of the Pyrenees and neighbor fields.

Step out of the château onto charming walking trails through fields of sunflowers and greet friendly passers by on bikes and foot. Our hamlet boasts restaurant Chez Jeanne La Fermière, serving spectacular local cuisine for lunch and dinner.
